This privacy policy applies to the HR SYSTEM app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Softec Softwares (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Face Recognition Data

The Application uses face recognition data exclusively for the purpose of verifying employee attendance during check-in, check-out, lunch-in, and lunch-out. This face data is collected and encrypted to ensure accurate attendance tracking for employees of the company.

• Retention of Face Data: Face data is retained for as long as the user remains employed by the company or until the user requests a change in their face recognition data. When the user leaves the company or requests to update their face data, the face data is deleted by the admin.
• Reasons for Storing Face Data: The users of the Application within our company use face recognition for check-in, check-out, lunch-in, and lunch-out attendance tracking.
• Sharing of Face Data with Third Parties: We do not share face data with any third parties.
• Third-Party Storage of Face Data: No third parties store or process the face data collected by the Application.

Data Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
